Our Business Portal allows you and your employees to manage the VoIP service and Primus account online. This lessens the burden of telephony administrators by allowing end users to add and change certain options on their own. Furthermore, it gives administrators the ability to add and delete features online, without having to contact Primus.
Numbering
Primus is able to offer portability for the majority of BT number ranges. This means you will be able to keep your existing telephone number, although there may be a short period in which you will have to have your number diverted to a different range until the port is completed.
Primus is able to supply geographic and non-geographic UK numbers for you and your employees as well; we carry a selection of number ranges for major European cities. Should you require a range that isn’t on offer, there are two options: an NGN, or 056 number.
Pay as you Grow
At the moment we have access to 200 000 new VoIP phone lines, but the platform is designed to grow exponentially. With this in mind, it must be mentioned that adding new lines is a much simpler process than with older PBX systems. Unlike older systems there is no need to manage gateway scalability and upgrades if capacity is exceeded.
In plain language, if you need to add a line, just give us a call and we’ll set it up quickly. As soon as you receive the equipment, you’ll be able to plug it in and start making calls.
