With Sequential Ring, for example, the system successively alerts a preconfigured list of numbers until the desired user picks up.  Primus Assistant’s Click-To-Dial feature allows staff to scan websites and make calls by right clicking any phone number. To ease the management of this rich collection, all features can be adjusted from the web, voice or desktop portals.

To increase accessibility Primus provides local numbers for New York, LA and Hong Kong on their website without setting up new international offices, allowing clients in these cities to contact Skyseek without paying for long distance.
